Provide support in managing the day-to-day operations of the store to maintain efficient and seamless workflows.
Track inventory volumes and assist with stock verification processes.
Responsibilities include accepting, evaluating, and documenting all incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure products are systematically organized, clearly labeled, and presented attractively for optimal visibility and accessibility.
Monitor inventory movement and promptly escalate any inconsistencies or supply shortages for resolution.
Ensure inventory and store records are maintained with precision and accuracy at all times.
Prepare regular inventory and operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Address customer service inquiries promptly and ensure customers are directed to the appropriate channels or personnel for resolution.
Maintain a consistently clean, well-organized, and secure store environment at all times.
Collaborate in the execution of company policies and operational procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
Seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill a position that demands exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal applicant must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with an OND or HND qualification, is required.
