Job Summary
We are in search of a dependable and alert Security Personnel to safeguard our facilities, property, and staff.
The successful applicant will uphold a strong presence, deter unauthorized entry, and safeguard employees and guests by conducting patrols, overseeing surveillance systems, and addressing incidents promptly.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and report findings to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Supervise staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and team cohesion. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Represent the organization in external engagements, including meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and uphold brand reputation.
Monitor and validate the entry of employees, visitors, and other individuals to prevent unauthorized access, deter theft, and ensure the protection of company assets and facilities.
Conduct routine inspections of industrial and commercial facilities to deter unauthorized access and promptly identify any indications of intrusion, thereby safeguarding doors, windows, and gates.
Respond promptly to alarms and conduct thorough investigations into disturbances to ensure swift resolution.
Prepare detailed reports documenting daily activities and any irregularities encountered, including equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized personnel, or unusual incidents.
Operate screening equipment to identify and prevent the entry of unauthorized items into secure zones by inspecting individuals and their belongings.
Ensure the supervision and regulation of entry points, including building entrances and vehicle gates, to maintain security and control.
Monitor alarm systems and video surveillance equipment, and manage the operation of detection and emergency apparatus.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, offering essential support to both employees and customers as needed.
Responsibilities include adhering to established protocols for fire prevention measures, conducting property patrols, managing access control systems, and performing thorough accident investigations as required.
Requirements
A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
Demonstrated experience in a security guard role or a comparable professional capacity is required.
Proficiency in established public safety and security protocols and procedures is required.
Must possess strong observational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Maintains the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all responsibilities and interactions.
Capable of maintaining physical fitness to stand or walk for prolonged durations and, when required, to execute occasional physical interventions.
Workers must reside within a reasonable distance of the workplace to ensure timely arrival and adherence to attendance policies.
