Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate communication between departments, and monitor progress to meet key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, assess risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, allocate resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Design and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy spanning multiple platforms, including Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
Develop, organize, and release compelling content encompassing visuals, multimedia, and written material to captivate audiences across various platforms.
Observe and interact with comments, messages, and mentions across digital platforms, fostering engagement with the online community.
Monitor and document social media performance indicators and track growth metrics to provide detailed insights and analysis.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand messaging.
Remain informed about the latest social media trends and implement them in an innovative manner to enhance engagement and reach.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, and familiarity with web development frameworks is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Prior experience with agile methodologies is highly desirable, and a solid understanding of database management systems is necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field is required for this position.
A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in overseeing social media accounts, whether for a brand or an agency, is required.
Skilled in utilizing various content creation tools, including Canva, Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, and similar applications, is required.
Proficient in crafting compelling written content and possessing a keen sense of visual appeal.
Proficiency with social media analytics platforms and scheduling applications is required.
A demonstrated track record managing client portfolios is highly beneficial.
