Job Summary:
The Blocks Production Officer will collaborate closely with the Production Officer to manage day-to-day operations and manufacturing processes specifically for MSHE building blocks and machinery. This position entails supporting the coordination of production timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to the enhancement of production efficiency.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and company standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across assigned projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize workflows and outcomes. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and maximize resource utilization.
Assist the Production Officer in directing the manufacturing team and managing all operational aspects of the production workflow.
Assist in creating and executing production schedules designed to fulfill customer requirements and adhere to project deadlines.
Monitor production processes to identify avenues for enhancing workflow efficiency, overall productivity, and quality.
Provide support in executing quality control measures and protocols, ensuring that all products conform to established specifications.
Analyze equipment malfunctions and partner with maintenance crews to expedite effective solutions.
Deliver comprehensive training and mentorship to production personnel regarding correct operational methods and adherence to safety regulations.
Examine production metrics and prepare detailed reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for submission to the Production Officer.
Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and report any faults or irregularities without delay.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments, including Purchasing and Inventory, to align production requirements effectively.
Propose strategic enhancements to streamline processes and foster continuous improvement in operational effectiveness.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to adhering to all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout operations.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a track record of delivering results within deadlines are highly desirable. Additionally, the applicant should demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous professional development.
A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with two to three years of direct experience in block production and machinery troubleshooting.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly within the production environment.
