Responsible for providing instruction and guidance to junior welders and apprentices to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Oversee the upkeep of welding machinery and ensure adherence to rigorous safety standards at all times.
Investigate welding defects thoroughly and provide recommendations for corrective measures to ensure optimal weld quality.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Proficiency in specific software or tools is essential, and familiarity with industry standards or methodologies is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
Holders of a valid Trade Test I Certificate must demonstrate at least three years of verifiable welding experience.
Accomplished expertise in executing structural, piping, or heavy fabrication projects, with a demonstrated history of success.
Certification in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding is required, with a 6G pipe welding certification considered a valuable asset.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints and capable of executing tasks autonomously with minimal oversight.

What We Offer:
The position offers a base salary of $120,000, in addition to potential bonuses and benefits.
