Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With five to ten years of hands-on experience overseeing residential or luxury estates, you bring a proven track record of excellence in property management.

Proficient in a variety of software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools such as Asana or Trello. Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Excel, generate reports in PowerPoint, and maintain organized digital filing systems. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
