We are responsible for discovering and establishing new business prospects in areas such as truck fleet management, logistics support services, vehicle maintenance contracts, leasing, and real estate investments. Additionally, we prioritize maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with current and potential clients.

Drive incremental revenue growth by identifying and leveraging cross-selling and upselling prospects within all business segments for existing clients.

Engage with clients on an ongoing basis through scheduled meetings to uncover potential avenues for expanding business opportunities.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, and relevant certifications, such as PMP or CAP, are highly desirable. The candidate should exhibit a keen attention to detail, problem-solving acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Transport Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of relevant professional experience, is required.

An MBA or another pertinent professional certification will be considered an additional asset.

With a minimum of ten years of demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commercial Management, candidates are expected to meet this foundational requirement.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in conglomerates, transportation and logistics, real estate, or heavy equipment and truck sales.

Proven ability to consistently expand revenue streams and establish key business partnerships has been demonstrated.
