Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order progress and guarantee on-time delivery.
Maintain transparent communication with customers regarding dispatch status, projected delivery timelines, and any unforeseen delays.
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a high standard of professionalism, referring complex issues to the Head of HR/Admin or Managing Director as required.
Document all complaints received, along with the corresponding resolutions implemented to address each issue.
Maintain and regularly update a well-structured customer database, with particular focus on direct buyers and repeat clients.
Monitor the purchasing behavior of regular customers, identify those who have become inactive, and suggest strategies to re-engage them.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams by providing valuable insights and feedback derived from customer interactions.
Evaluate recurring customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and implement solutions that address those needs.
