The Subscriber Sales Executive will spearhead subscriber acquisition, expand market reach, enhance customer engagement, and cultivate territory growth by executing field activities in designated areas.

Oversee a range of critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Identify and engage prospective customers, then convert them into subscribers within designated territories through strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

Perform consistent on-site evaluations and cultivate enduring professional connections with clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.

Craft compelling marketing messages that clearly articulate the unique benefits of our offerings to drive customer engagement and sales.

Facilitate the activation and adoption of subscribed services to ensure optimal utilization.

Broaden market reach and uncover untapped commercial prospects.

Collect and analyze market intelligence alongside competitor insights.

Prepare precise reports by utilizing the company’s endorsed sales and CRM systems.

Attend weekly regional sales meetings and performance reviews to assess progress and strategize improvements.

Achieve established acquisition, coverage, retention, and performance objectives as agreed upon.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software applications is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, prior experience leading project teams and managing budgets is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
