JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Manager leads the creation and execution of brand strategies designed to enhance brand equity, fuel market expansion, and maintain cohesive brand positioning across all customer interactions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and refine messaging. Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets, ensuring consistency in tone and style. Manage social media presence, digital advertising, and public relations efforts to foster audience connection and loyalty. Analyze campaign metrics, KPIs, and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform future initiatives.

The Product & Portfolio Management team is responsible for strategically overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products and services. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and aligning product offerings with business objectives. Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution. Additionally, the team evaluates portfolio performance, makes data-driven decisions to optimize product portfolios, and drives innovation to maintain competitive advantage. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies are essential for success in this position.

Responsible for overseeing financial planning, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring alignment with organizational budgets while analyzing performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or an equivalent field is required.

Proficiency in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in brand management within highly competitive market environments is required.
