Requirements
A Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of three to four years of HR experience, ideally in the Real Estate or Property Management industry.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor legislation and contemporary HR best practices.
Demonstrates strong expertise in human resources software, human resources information systems (HRIS) platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with exceptional organizational and interpersonal competencies, are essential.
