Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence and alignment with organizational objectives. Implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of quality across all assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting accountability and professional growth. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and recommend data-driven solutions to achieve strategic goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards while upholding ethical business practices. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Inventory & Warehouse Auditing: Conduct regular verification of physical stock levels against system records to ensure accuracy. Implement First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) batch tracking protocols to systematically reduce the risk of product expiration and minimize unnecessary waste.

Conduct thorough audits of daily sales reports, cash collections, and bank deposits to ensure financial accuracy. Validate that cash remitted aligns precisely with the corresponding vendor invoices, maintaining compliance with financial controls and regulatory standards.

Credit and Receivables Management responsibilities include assessing and updating customer credit terms while maintaining rigorous monitoring of collections to meet distributor-established targets.

Ensure compliance with the parent company’s performance criteria to maintain eligibility for monthly incentives and volume rebates. Strict adherence to pricing and promotional discount guidelines outlined in manufacturer policies is required.

Risk and Fraud Detection: Proactively evaluate order processing, cash handling, and loading bay operations to uncover vulnerabilities that could facilitate theft or unauthorized credit transactions.

Audit Reporting: Compile and deliver periodic audit reports that identify financial inconsistencies, control deficiencies, and actionable recommendations for the business owner or general manager.
