Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives forward. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment among departments to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Monitor progress through detailed reporting, data analysis, and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to senior management. Represent the organization in external engagements, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies to enhance reputation and secure opportunities.

Proactively identify and cultivate new business-to-business relationships with manufacturers in the biscuit, cookies, candy, and confectionery industries.

We distribute premium food-grade raw materials and functional ingredients such as corn starch, high fructose corn syrup, liquid glucose, caramel, flavorings, food colors, and food additives to meet industry demands.

Devise strategies to cultivate and expand current client relationships, serving as a reliable supply partner to procurement and production departments.

Craft and implement a well-defined territory sales strategy that aligns with the organization’s revenue and volume objectives.

Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and engage in detailed technical consultations with procurement specialists, manufacturing supervisors, and quality control professionals.

Leverage pricing strategies, order quantities, and procurement contracts to meet predetermined profit margin objectives established by the organization.

Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to guarantee timely deliveries and adherence to food safety regulations.

Monitor rival companies’ activities, analyze raw material market dynamics, and track commodity price fluctuations to deliver strategic insights to leadership.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a related role. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Experience in project management or team leadership is a plus. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results, adapting to changing priorities, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices is required.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires 4 to 6 years of hands-on B2B sales expertise, specifically within food ingredients, commodity trading, or the distribution of food raw materials.

Experienced in providing solutions tailored for food manufacturers, with a focus on the biscuit, cookies, confectionery, or packaged snacks industries.

Proficient in understanding the classifications and functional contributions of food-grade ingredients within baked goods and confectionery manufacturing processes.

Proficient knowledge of food safety regulations, NAFDAC requirements, and key quality standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000, is essential.

Skilled in overseeing industrial procurement processes and fostering collaborative interactions with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including procurement teams, research and development, and production units.
