Seeking a seasoned professional with over a decade of tenure in reputable Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) firms, ideally within bottling or aseptic dairy product sectors. Candidates must possess at least three years of leadership experience as Head of Manufacturing or Production.

Proficiency in operating high-speed PET bottling lines and Tetra Pak packaging systems is required.

A strong background in hands-on implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or World Class Manufacturing (WCM)/Operational Excellence methodologies is required. Prior experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles will be considered advantageous.
