Job Summary
ExCare Health is in search of a proactive and forward-thinking Pharmacist to spearhead sales expansion, ensure the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical care, and contribute to the profitability of our retail pharmacy operations.
This position integrates high-level clinical proficiency with strategic commercial insight and operational management expertise.
Oversee the primary duties essential to fulfilling the position’s core objectives. Lead critical initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate efficient operations by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive results. Maintain accountability for outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Adapt strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
Accurately review prescriptions and deliver patient counseling to promote the safe and effective use of medications.
Design and oversee the pharmacy’s floor plan to optimize the accessibility and arrangement of medications and related products.
Monitor inventory flow to minimize product spoilage, stock shortages, and expiration while ensuring optimal stock levels.
Orchestrate the strategic marketing and seamless implementation of pharmacy services, with a particular emphasis on facilitating prompt health assessments.
Drive sustainable sales expansion, enhance category performance, and optimize branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
Maintain awareness of emerging trends and innovations in the healthcare industry by engaging in ongoing education and fostering professional partnerships.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional standards of practice.
* Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, the ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, demonstrating expertise in project management and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced data analytics tools, is essential. Exceptional communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory, while an advanced degree or relevant certifications may be advantageous. The candidate should exhibit strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management principles is preferred.
A Pharmacy degree at the bachelor’s level is required.
Holds an active and unrestricted pharmacist license issued by the relevant licensing authority.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems is required.
