Assist in the compilation of payroll and the monitoring of expense records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial protocols.
Oversee the movement of financial resources, ensuring accurate tracking of both incoming and outgoing transactions to maintain precise financial records.
Compile weekly and monthly financial statements to provide accurate and timely insights into the organization’s fiscal performance.
Provide support in reconciling bank statements with company accounts and ensuring accurate balancing of financial records.
Assist in the monitoring and management of inventory levels as well as the tracking of operational expenditures to ensure accurate financial oversight and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to established financial control frameworks and organizational policies to maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
Provide support throughout audits and financial examinations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Requirements
Holding an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, along with two to three years of hands-on accounting experience, is essential for this role.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and various accounting tools and software systems.
Maintains meticulous attention to detail and ensures precision in all tasks.
Proficient analytical and organizational capabilities are essential for this role.
Maintains the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all professional interactions and responsibilities.
Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously while consistently fulfilling project timelines and meeting established deadlines.
