Your responsibilities will include managing computer labs, evaluating student progress, and maintaining the functionality of all software and hardware systems. Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, foster innovation, and resolve complex challenges. Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic ICT lessons aligned with educational standards while addressing the needs of diverse learning styles.

Develop assessments, including assignments, quizzes, and practical tests, to gauge student progress and offer actionable feedback that fosters ongoing improvement.
Lab Management: Responsibilities include supervising the school’s computer laboratories, guaranteeing that all hardware—including computers, projectors, and peripherals—remains operational, secure, and in optimal condition.
As a mentor, you will provide student support by guiding learners through ICT career exploration and offering technical assistance during class projects.
