Job Summary:
Rayfield Medical Services Limited, a healthcare provider based in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, is seeking a Cashier to manage financial transactions with precision and ensure meticulous record-keeping.

The position involves processing and documenting all payments received from patients and clients, ensuring accurate recording and tracking of financial transactions.
Perform daily reconciliation and balancing of cash registers to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Ensures the precision of transaction records and financial reports through meticulous documentation and verification processes.
Issuing receipts and invoices as necessary and ensuring they are accurately prepared and timely delivered.
Ensuring adherence to established hospital financial policies and procedures at all times.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supported by a proven track record of at least three years in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and platforms is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. The ideal applicant should demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning. Prior experience with project management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely aligned discipline is required.
With a minimum of three years of experience in cashiering or billing roles, candidates with a background in healthcare are strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is required.
Attention to detail and precision in numerical computations are essential for this role.
