Job Summary

We are currently inviting proactive and driven NYC Corps Members to become integral members of our Sales and Marketing team in the capacity of Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidates will spearhead the promotion and marketing of the company’s product portfolio, cultivate high-quality leads, and actively contribute to expanding overall sales performance.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Monitor team productivity, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment to enhance overall efficiency. Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve complex challenges, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, evaluate and mitigate risks, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and cultivate stakeholder relationships to strengthen organizational resilience and growth.

Proactively engage with potential customers to effectively market and enhance awareness of the company’s offerings.

Develop new business by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients to cultivate sales opportunities.

Deliver comprehensive explanations to customers regarding product attributes, advantages, and cost structures.

Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities and drive repeat patronage.

Deliver measurable results by consistently meeting or exceeding predetermined sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Analyze customer needs, monitor market trends, and evaluate competitor activities to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Drive the planning, implementation, and execution of promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and field activation strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Maintain precise documentation and provide regular updates on daily sales activities.

Requirements

Must currently be serving as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).

Ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others through clear, concise verbal and written communication, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring alignment across teams.

Individuals must demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning and thrive in an environment focused on achieving specific objectives.

Demonstrates proficiency in both autonomous work environments and collaborative team settings.

A background in sales, marketing, or customer service would be beneficial.

Maintain a proactive demeanor, demonstrate unwavering commitment, and uphold high standards of professional conduct.
