REQUIRED PROFILE
With a minimum of three years of experience in key account or institutional sales within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, you possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Must demonstrate prior experience managing corporate or organized retail accounts, excluding any involvement in open market sales.
Seeking candidates with a proven track record in handling physical goods, including but not limited to tissue products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beverages, and food items.
A proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships with excellence is required.
Capable of functioning autonomously with little to no oversight, demonstrating strong self-management skills and the capacity to make sound decisions without constant direction.
Daily field reporting is conducted alongside structured weekly updates to ensure comprehensive and timely documentation of project progress and site activities. This involves consistently gathering on-site information and subsequently compiling it into detailed weekly reports to maintain transparency and facilitate informed decision-making across all stakeholders.
Driven by clear objectives, this role requires a strong commercial acumen, demonstrated through a track record of achieving set targets. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to financial and operational management.
