Oversee a range of critical duties including the management of project timelines, coordination of team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards. Handle incoming communications via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Oversee the clinic’s social media platforms, ensuring timely engagement by addressing messages and comments received.
Develop and publish captivating social media content across various platforms to enhance audience interaction and brand visibility.
Provide support for patient intake procedures and perform various administrative duties.
Forward clinical inquiries to licensed physiotherapists as necessary.
Accurately document all client interactions for comprehensive record-keeping purposes.
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics. At least three years of experience in a related industry is essential, along with proficiency in specific programming languages and software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively within a team.
