We seek a proactive Graduate from Engineer Trainee (GET) to become part of our SAP Finance team, specializing in S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury solutions. The successful candidate will receive structured training and mentorship to develop expertise in core business processes, including banking operations, liquidity management, and cash processes, as well as their implementation and optimization within SAP S/4HANA.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Provide assistance with deploying, configuring, and maintaining the SAP S/4HANA Cash Management modules.
Acquire practical experience in Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Assist business users with routine cash management tasks, including daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, and liquidity analysis.
Engage in comprehensive data validation, rigorous testing procedures, and structured user training initiatives throughout the phases of system implementation or enhancement projects.
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to capture business requirements and develop detailed functional specifications.
Acquire proficiency in implementing and supporting Fiore applications specifically for Cash Management functionalities, including Manage Bank Accounts, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, and Bank Statement Monitor.
We oversee the management of critical master data, including house banks, bank accounts, and business partners, while ensuring seamless integration with related modules such as FI, CO, and TRM.
Conduct comprehensive system testing, including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and develop detailed test documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Provide support in the preparation of treasury dashboards and analytics reports leveraging SAP Fiore and embedded analytics functions.
