Job Summary:
We seek a proactive Graduate from Engineer Trainee (GET) to integrate our SAP Finance team, specializing in S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury solutions. The successful candidate will receive structured training and mentorship to gain proficiency in key business processes encompassing banking, liquidity management, and cash operations, as well as their configuration and enhancement within the SAP S/4HANA framework.
Oversee critical operational duties, ensuring seamless execution of assigned tasks. Implement and maintain processes that enhance productivity and align with organizational objectives. Conduct regular evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and achieve shared goals. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, detailing performance metrics and strategic recommendations. Monitor compliance with industry standards and company policies to mitigate risks. Provide support in the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cash Management modules.
Acquire practical experience in Cash Position, Liquidity Forecasting, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Facilitate seamless daily cash operations, oversee accurate bank reconciliations, and conduct thorough liquidity analyses to empower business users.
Engage in rigorous data validation, execute comprehensive testing procedures, and deliver structured user training sessions as part of system implementation or enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate across Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to capture detailed business requirements and develop comprehensive functional specifications.
Acquire knowledge and provide support in the configuration of Fiore applications pertinent to Cash Management, including but not limited to Manage Bank Accounts, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, and Bank Statement Monitor.
Facilitate the administration and governance of master data, including house banks, bank accounts, and business partners, while ensuring seamless integration with related modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Conduct comprehensive system testing, including Unit, Integration, and UAT phases, while developing detailed test documentation.
Provide support for treasury dashboard reporting and analytics through SAP Fiore and embedded analytics tools.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Demonstrated experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a closely related discipline is required.
