Job Summary:
Dreamboat British Academy is looking for a dedicated and motivated Mathematics Teacher to provide dynamic, concept-driven lessons aligned with the British Curriculum. The successful applicant will empower students to build robust numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning abilities throughout all key stages.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management to ensure organizational objectives are achieved. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Monitor departmental metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals, fostering innovation and sustainable growth. Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and streamline workflows. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability in all activities.
Deliver mathematics instruction in alignment with the British National Curriculum standards.
Design and implement meticulously organized, differentiated instructional lessons to cater to diverse learning needs.
Facilitate comprehensive preparation for both internal assessments and external examinations to ensure student readiness and success.
Monitor student performance systematically, delivering prompt and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Encourage the development of analytical reasoning and the implementation of theoretical principles in practical contexts.
Foster a disciplined and supportive classroom environment while promoting a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for all students.
Requirements:
A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
Substantial experience delivering Mathematics instruction in accordance with the British curriculum standards is required.
Demonstrates a high level of expertise in the subject and employs effective strategies for organizing and controlling classroom environments.
