Responsibilities
The office environment must be consistently maintained in a clean and orderly state at all times.
Assist the office team by performing essential clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee the organization, maintenance, and upkeep of filing systems, records, and office documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established protocols.
Respond to incoming communications, including calls, emails, and written correspondence, with professionalism and efficiency.
Help coordinate and organize meetings while maintaining and updating office calendars to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid conflicts.
Maintain a tidy, orderly, and efficient office environment to support daily operations and enhance productivity.
Provide support for photocopying, scanning, printing, and document dispatch activities.
Greet and guide visitors courteously, ensuring they are directed to the correct departments or individuals efficiently.
Perform various additional administrative tasks as directed, ensuring all assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.
