Job Summary

Do you possess substantial expertise in insurance brokerage operations, demonstrated through a proven ability to establish and expand businesses, enhance financial performance, and guide top-tier teams to success?

Our client is in search of a Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its growth strategy, enhance market penetration, and foster sustainable profitability.

Requires proven experience in relevant fields, along with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Must hold applicable certifications or licenses where necessary, demonstrating compliance with industry standards. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is highly advantageous. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a closely related field is required.

Professional qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (COIN) is required.

Hold active membership with the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (CRIB).

CRIB Membership Clearance Certificate must be current and valid.

With a minimum of ten years of specialized experience in insurance brokerage, candidates should possess a robust background in the field.

A minimum of five years of experience in a senior leadership or executive position is required.

Demonstrates a strong history of driving business expansion, enhancing profitability, and providing visionary leadership.

Effective stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship development are essential.

Compensation is structured to provide competitive remuneration, including base salary and potential performance-based bonuses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and individual contribution levels. The annual base salary ranges from twelve million naira to sixteen million naira.
