Job Summary
We are currently looking for dynamic and driven NYC Corps Members to fill the role of Sales Representatives within our Sales and Marketing team.
The ideal candidates will drive the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, cultivate high-quality leads, and contribute to the expansion of overall sales.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including managing day-to-day operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Monitor progress through regular assessments, providing actionable feedback and fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to uphold operational integrity. Additionally, lead projects from inception to completion, allocating resources effectively while prioritizing key deliverables and deadlines.
Proactively engage in marketing and promotional initiatives to introduce the company’s products to potential customers.
Proactively engage with prospective clients to cultivate and secure new business opportunities.
Inform customers about the features, advantages, and pricing of the products to ensure they make well-informed purchasing decisions.
Cultivate strong customer connections to foster ongoing patronage and ensure client loyalty.
Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks with diligence and strategic execution.
Evaluate customer requirements, analyze market trends, and assess competitor actions to deliver actionable insights.
Execute promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies to drive engagement and visibility.
Diligent documentation and timely reporting of daily sales transactions are essential duties for this role.
Seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing stakeholder expectations. The ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as adapt to changing priorities, is essential.
Must currently be serving as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).
Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, coupled with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Eagerness to acquire new skills and thrive in a performance-oriented workplace.
Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously while also contributing effectively within collaborative environments.
A background in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
