As an ICT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, your responsibility will involve validating that software applications and computer systems adhere to stringent performance, reliability, and security benchmarks. Your role will include developing testing methodologies, identifying system defects, and partnering with development teams to address issues prior to product release.

Key accountabilities include managing and overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions and activities. Responsibilities extend to coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role also entails conducting regular performance reviews, training staff, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, the position demands strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts—encompassing both manual and automated methodologies—to ensure thorough validation of software functionality and performance.

Defect Tracking: Utilize tracking systems such as Jira to detect, document, and monitor software defects or performance inefficiencies.

Quality Standards: It is essential to verify that ICT systems adhere to both internal policies and accredited industry standards, as well as meet all applicable regulatory requirements.

Partner with software developers and various cross-functional teams to diagnose underlying issues and validate fixes before deployment to ensure seamless functionality.

Conduct performance testing to assess system behavior, load management capabilities, and overall integrity across diverse operational environments.
