As an ICT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, your responsibility will involve validating that software applications and computer systems adhere to stringent performance, reliability, and security benchmarks. Quality Standards: It is essential to verify that ICT systems adhere to both internal policies and accredited industry standards, as well as meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
Partner with software developers and various cross-functional teams to diagnose underlying issues and validate fixes before deployment to ensure seamless functionality.
Conduct performance testing to assess system behavior, load management capabilities, and overall integrity across diverse operational environments.
