Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and facilitate seamless communication channels across departments. Lead budgetary oversight, resource allocation, and vendor management to optimize cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards and contractual obligations. Additionally, conduct thorough performance evaluations, implement process improvements, and mentor team members to foster professional growth and high-performance outcomes.

Analyze customer requirements and devise tailored strategies to meet those needs effectively.

Proactively engage with influential personnel within client organizations to foster mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue growth.

Address and rectify customer complaints in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction and maintain service excellence.

Identify and present potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team for further action.

Drive excellence in sales performance, streamline supply chain operations, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Dedicate efforts to retaining existing customers and securing the renewal of their contracts.

Proactively engage with prospective clients to cultivate meaningful professional connections and foster long-term partnerships.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of key competitors and their market positioning.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are required. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline is required.

Experienced professionals in client relationship management are strongly preferred.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) methodologies is essential.

Proficiency in sales or customer service is highly desirable.

Demonstrates a strong aptitude for analyzing challenges and developing effective solutions. Exhibits the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing obstacles, ensuring optimal outcomes.
