Job Summary:

The organization is recruiting a Project Planner to define project scope, develop work schedules, and assess resource requirements and budgetary estimates to ensure successful project execution.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to achieve targeted outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and enhance productivity. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, improve performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to compliance requirements, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and innovation while supporting team development and achieving departmental goals.

We are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining Plans of Work (POW) and associated schedules, ensuring they remain accurate and aligned with project timelines. This role involves regularly monitoring progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to keep deliverables on track. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to manage multiple schedules efficiently while maintaining clear documentation for stakeholders.

Construct and manage a comprehensive risk register to systematically document and oversee organizational risks.

A comprehensive and detailed procurement plan will be developed in alignment with project schedules.

Developing a comprehensive resource delivery plan, encompassing both materials and equipment, to align with the project timeline.

Facilitating structured documentation and follow-up of action items arising from Periodic Project Meetings, ensuring alignment and accountability among all participating stakeholders.

Monitoring project advancement to ensure alignment between executed tasks and established plans, thereby supporting the execution team in maintaining schedule integrity.

Ensure timely delivery of project performance and progress reports to the client in accordance with agreed-upon schedules.

Conducting a thorough evaluation of the work schedule to identify any potential changes or delays, followed by the formulation of proactive mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the overall timeline.

Assisting in the enhancement of the Project Management Office (PMO) by optimizing and streamlining existing workflows.

Oversee and manage Program Trackers, including Action Items Trackers, in accordance with the directives provided by program managers.

Performs additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or quantity surveying, along with relevant professional experience and applicable certification, is required.

A minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in project planning is required.

Seeking a candidate with extensive expertise in project management using Microsoft Project, evidenced by a proven track record of successful project execution.

Demonstrates proficiency in scheduling software solutions, including Primavera and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and applications.

Proficient in understanding MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) workflows and operational sequences.

Proficiency in recognizing deviations from established standards is essential.

Proficient in analytical reasoning and problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on precision and meticulous attention to detail.

Skilled in guiding and motivating teams with strong leadership abilities.

Accomplished professionals must exhibit strong interpersonal abilities, exceptional communication proficiency, and adept negotiation capabilities to excel in collaborative environments.

Highly developed organizational capabilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential for this role.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in organizing, planning, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Exhibits the ability to coordinate team efforts, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate risks while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Requires keen attention to detail and the capacity to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
