As an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Project Manager, your role involves overseeing the leadership, planning, and execution of technology-driven projects. You will guide initiatives from initial concept through to final delivery, with a primary focus on managing network upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure deployments. Your responsibility includes ensuring these projects are completed punctually, adhere to budgetary constraints, and meet established quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Project planning and execution involve establishing the project’s scope, objectives, and key deliverables. Detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules are developed to ensure structured and efficient project management.
Resource & Budget Management entails strategically allocating personnel, equipment, and financial resources to optimize project performance while strictly adhering to approved budgetary limits.
We are seeking a leader who can oversee and guide cross-functional teams comprising developers, network engineers, and IT specialists. This role involves directing collaborative efforts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and address technical and operational risks to minimize potential project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
As the principal point of contact, facilitate seamless interaction and exchange of information among project teams, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
Quality Assurance & Compliance entails verifying that all outputs adhere to established technical specifications, align with organizational objectives, and comply with stringent data security standards.
