We are in search of a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-focused CRS & History Teacher to integrate our secondary school faculty. The ideal applicant will design and facilitate dynamic lessons in Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and History, fostering students’ intellectual growth, ethical understanding, and personal development.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Conduct thorough research to identify innovative solutions, analyze data to inform strategic decisions, and maintain clear documentation of processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, monitor performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and uphold compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Facilitate instructional sessions in strict adherence to established teaching frameworks, approved curricula, and institutional guidelines.

Employ students in the learning of Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and History through dynamic, interactive, and student-focused instructional approaches to maximize engagement and comprehension.

Prepare lesson notes, assignments, projects, class activities, tests, and examination materials in accordance with curriculum standards.

Evaluate students’ academic advancement and offer constructive feedback regarding the efficacy and comprehensiveness of educational strategies and instructional approaches.

Recognize students requiring specialized learning accommodations and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to design tailored support plans.

Ensure classroom order by enforcing discipline and administering approved disciplinary measures for minor infractions, while escalating significant disciplinary concerns to the Sectional Head without delay.

Offer compassionate pastoral care while nurturing students’ holistic growth in academic excellence, moral integrity, emotional resilience, and social engagement.

Accurately and promptly evaluate and grade students’ assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.

Monitor students’ academic progress, conduct, and accomplishments on an ongoing basis, and provide timely updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Develop and sustain clear, constructive communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on students’ progress and well-being as needed.

Foster a culture of integrity, ethical conduct, professional responsibility, and civic engagement by exemplifying and encouraging these values in students.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a nurturing school atmosphere by actively engaging with colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.

Engage proactively in staff meetings, school events, professional development sessions, and extracurricular initiatives to foster collaboration and enhance school community involvement.

Candidates must fulfill the following prerequisites to qualify for consideration: a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in [relevant field], coupled with a bachelor’s degree in [specific discipline] or a closely related field. Proficiency in [specific software/tool] is mandatory, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
