Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Auditing involves reconciling physical stock counts with digital records to ensure accuracy. Batches are meticulously tracked in accordance with First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) protocols to reduce the risk of product expiration and minimize wastage.
Audit daily sales reports, cash collections, and bank deposits to ensure financial accuracy. Confirm that the cash remitted aligns precisely with the corresponding vendor invoices.
Responsibilities include overseeing customer credit terms and diligently monitoring collections to ensure alignment with distributor-established targets.
Ensure adherence to the parent company’s established performance benchmarks to maintain eligibility for monthly incentives and volume rebates. Strictly align pricing structures and promotional discount practices with manufacturer guidelines and policies.
Risk & Fraud Detection: Proactively identify and address vulnerabilities within order processing, cash handling, and loading bay operations to mitigate the risk of theft or unauthorized credit issuance.
Prepare and deliver periodic audit reports that identify financial discrepancies, control deficiencies, and actionable recommendations for review by the business owner or general manager.
