Perform on-site monitoring to gather plant data and document any irregularities observed during surveillance activities.
Operate pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations as part of your duties.
Execute plant startup and shutdown procedures while ensuring adherence to lockout/ragout (LOT) protocols.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, as well as associated auxiliary systems.
Oversee and refine fractionation processes from the centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained by analyzing and verifying data obtained from gas chromatography.
Responsible for facilitating and participating in emergency response initiatives.
Requirements:
Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
Membership in either the National Speakers Association (NSA) or the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is required.
CORE registration or an equivalent professional certification is required.
Requires a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a comparable facility.
HOP/HAMID training represents a valuable additional qualification.
