We are in search of a seasoned Maintenance Manager to supervise the upkeep, dependability, and efficiency of essential operational assets and heavy machinery.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining adherence to established protocols. Design and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective measures to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.

Plan and organize both regular and urgent maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of issues.

Maintain peak equipment uptime, enhance reliability, and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing the upkeep of heavy equipment, pipelines, cranes, trenchless technology rigs, and related auxiliary machinery.

Perform thorough inspections, execute detailed diagnostics, resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting, and assess overall system performance to ensure optimal functionality.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of equipment, including strategic planning for upgrades and replacements to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Facilitate the acquisition of spare parts and consumables as part of the procurement process.

Ensure adherence to HSE policies, industry regulations, and established maintenance standards.

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform thorough risk assessments, and ensure meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities through accurate record-keeping.

Directly oversee, mentor, and advance the capabilities of maintenance engineers, technicians, and external contractors.

Oversee maintenance budgets, meticulously track expenditures, and spearhead ongoing improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to evaluate your success in this role, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. These metrics will measure progress toward predefined targets, including productivity, efficiency, and quality benchmarks. Regular assessments will be conducted to monitor performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback. Accurate tracking and reporting of KPIs are essential to demonstrate accountability and drive continuous growth within the position.

Achieving an equipment availability rate exceeding 95% uptime is essential to ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.

We aim to enhance operational efficiency by decreasing the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) through targeted improvements in diagnostic processes and repair methodologies. This initiative requires a commitment to data-driven decision-making, proactive maintenance strategies, and collaboration across technical teams to identify and resolve underlying issues more swiftly. Candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems, and the ability to implement corrective actions that minimize downtime and optimize system reliability. Experience with root cause analysis, performance metrics tracking, and continuous improvement frameworks will be essential to achieving these objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and experience in maintenance management systems. Key responsibilities include evaluating equipment lifecycles, negotiating vendor contracts, and developing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of eight to ten years of hands-on maintenance expertise, you should have worked within engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial settings.

Minimum of three to five years of experience in a maintenance leadership or managerial capacity is required.

Demonstrated expertise in the oversight and operation of robust construction and industrial machinery is essential.

Possesses in-depth expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.

Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Skilled in developing maintenance plans, overseeing asset management, ensuring equipment reliability, and performing troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments.

Proven expertise in leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and problem resolution is required.

Safety is prioritized through a vigilant, proactive, and meticulous approach.
