Job Summary:

Collecting and documenting all payments received from patients and clients is required, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Conduct daily reconciliations and balance cash registers to ensure accurate financial records and operational integrity.
Maintains precise transaction records and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
Responsibilities include generating and distributing receipts and invoices in accordance with established procedures and as needed to ensure accurate financial documentation.
Ensuring adherence to the hospital’s established financial policies and procedures is essential to maintaining regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in [specific industry/function]. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including [list specific software]. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings. Project management experience is a plus. Knowledge of [specific regulations/standards] is necessary.
