The role serves primarily as a Technical Engineer for A4&T, overseeing the Technical Department as Head.

Provide expert technical direction and mentorship to a team while overseeing engineering personnel engaged in projects of modest to moderate complexity.

Assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or other structures, ensuring full compliance with site assessments and technical schematics.

Experts in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems are needed to deliver specialized guidance on key plant components, including solar modules, inverters, meteorological stations, and tracking systems.
Supervise the optimization of solar PV designs to enhance performance and reduce costs, encompassing engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects.
Play a pivotal role in advancing business growth with major clients by analyzing key performance drivers, delineating project scope, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining strong, strategic relationships.
The role will involve engagement with various renewable energy technologies beyond the primary focus, including biomass, wind, geothermal, hydro, and other related systems.
With expertise and strategic planning, design and oversee training initiatives—whether outsourced or developed in-house—for the onboarding of independent contractors and channel partners aiming to establish or grow as successful solar installation firms.
Leveraging meticulous attention to detail and innovative design, create and execute high-impact learning solutions by employing diverse multimedia strategies to enhance engagement, effectiveness, comprehension, and practical application.
Develop polished, engaging, yet accessible training presentation materials, encompassing facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, interactive games, and assessments, among other resources.
Successfully cultivate and manage the vital, multifaceted partnerships with our collaborators, while providing mentorship to individuals across all levels—from executive leadership to on-site staff—on critical topics such as financial reporting, cash flow optimization, and the technical specifications of our offerings.
Evaluate training programs by analyzing instructional effectiveness and compiling findings from evaluation reports that measure training impact through KPIs derived from exit interviews and assessments.
Collaborate closely with senior internal stakeholders and consult with subject-matter experts to evaluate instructional design outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date curriculum database and training records, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all recorded details and approaches.

Develop or analyze solar panel installation schematics, outlining the sequential steps required for installation and precisely identifying the placement of all system components.
Professionally install, inspect, maintain, and repair comprehensive solar panel systems, encompassing solar collectors, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, and structural support components.
Oversee the comprehensive electrical integration of solar systems with the electric grid, ensuring adherence to all safety and performance standards. This involves meticulously designing and implementing grounding systems, configuring controls, and conducting thorough testing to validate system functionality and compliance.
Ensure the solar installation is weatherproofed in strict compliance with all pertinent local safety regulations as well as the manufacturer’s specified guidelines.
Overseeing staffing and resource allocation is essential to ensuring solar projects are completed punctually. This role involves strategically assigning personnel and materials to meet project deadlines efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, allocating necessary resources, and monitoring progress to guarantee timely project execution.
Conduct routine site visits and check-ins with on-site personnel to monitor and assess project advancement.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and clients throughout the duration of each project, ensuring seamless communication and support.
