JOB DESCRIPTION

Our primary responsibility encompasses the oversight and management of key operational functions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role serves primarily as a Technical Engineer for A4&T, overseeing the Technical Department as Head.

Utilizes cutting-edge engineering methodologies, innovative concepts, and advanced problem-solving strategies to address intricate engineering challenges effectively.

Provide expert technical direction and mentorship to a team while overseeing engineering personnel engaged in projects of modest to moderate complexity.

The individual will be tasked with creating, verifying, and delivering specialized technical outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all presentations.

Assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or other structures, ensuring full compliance with site assessments and technical schematics.

Experts in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems are needed to deliver specialized guidance on key plant components, including solar modules, inverters, meteorological stations, and tracking systems.

Supervise the optimization of solar PV designs to enhance performance and reduce costs, encompassing engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects.

Play a pivotal role in advancing business growth with major clients by analyzing key performance drivers, delineating project scope, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining strong, strategic relationships.

The role will involve engagement with various renewable energy technologies beyond the primary focus, including biomass, wind, geothermal, hydro, and other related systems.

Oversee the comprehensive electrical integration of solar systems with the electric grid, ensuring adherence to all safety and performance standards. This involves meticulously designing and implementing grounding systems, configuring controls, and conducting thorough testing to validate system functionality and compliance.

Ensure the solar installation is weatherproofed in strict compliance with all pertinent local safety regulations as well as the manufacturer’s specified guidelines.

Overseeing staffing and resource allocation is essential to ensuring solar projects are completed punctually. This role involves strategically assigning personnel and materials to meet project deadlines efficiently.
