Oversee and execute a wide array of critical duties, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive measurable improvements. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships to support business growth. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Supervise staff, provide mentorship, and uphold company policies while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.
Implement and uphold Project Quality Plans as well as Inspection & Test Plans (Its) rigorously to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
Responsibilities include supervising welding operations, ensuring welder certifications are current, and managing non-destructive testing (NDT) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) processes.
Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) to uphold asset integrity standards.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), determine underlying causes, and monitor the completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions (Caps).
Prepare, examine, and authorize quality documentation related to acquired products and services to ensure compliance with established standards.
Conduct routine quality audits at sites, facilities, and with suppliers to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Requirements
With over seven years of hands-on experience overseeing quality control in both onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, you bring a proven track record of ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering—or a closely related field—are required for this opportunity.
A solid understanding of ASHE, API, and ISO standards is required.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification, along with ASCII or AUNT Level II qualifications, is required.
