Thoroughly examine Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and confirm Positive Material Identification (PMI) to ensure asset integrity.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), determine underlying causes, and monitor the completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of quality documentation pertaining to procured products and services, followed by final authorization.
