Unresolved issues must be escalated to the Asset Recovery Team, Collections Team, Head of Operations, and/or the Business Head as deemed necessary.
Swiftly resolve all issues and meticulously document the complete incident along with the resolution steps.

Required ualifications G Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and certifications or training in electronics, tracking systems, or information technology are advantageous.
Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle tracking systems, fleet monitoring solutions, security infrastructure, or comparable technical disciplines.
