ExCare Health is in search of a dynamic and forward-thinking Pharmacist to spearhead sales expansion, ensure exceptional pharmaceutical care, and enhance the financial success of our retail pharmacy business.
This position integrates outstanding clinical proficiency with strategic commercial insight and operational management expertise.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency. Lead key initiatives, drive strategic projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes. Provide expert guidance, support operational workflows, and monitor progress to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of results. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Accurately assess prescriptions and deliver comprehensive patient counselling to promote the safe and effective administration of medications.
Redesign the pharmacy layout strategically to streamline the identification and accessibility of medications and sundry items efficiently.
Ensure the efficient management of inventory flow to mitigate risks such as product spoilage, stock deficiencies, and expiration while maintaining optimal supply levels.
Spearhead the strategic marketing and execution of comprehensive pharmacy services, with a specific focus on expediting health assessments.
Drive business expansion, enhance category results, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric programs.
To maintain expertise, engage in ongoing education and actively collaborate with industry professionals to stay informed about emerging trends and developments in the healthcare field.
Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory mandates, legal obligations, and professional practice benchmarks.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in software development; proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; strong problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Pharmacy.
Holds an active and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy-specific information systems is required.
Excellent interpersonal abilities, a commitment to ethical conduct, and a dedication to patient-focused care are essential.
