Job Summary

The Chief Supervising Officer (CSO) will oversee all security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the strategic deployment of guards across designated client sites.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Lead and mentor teams to ensure alignment with company objectives while upholding high standards of performance and accountability. Manage and optimize resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and workflow processes, to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address challenges, improve processes, and foster continuous growth. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders to facilitate transparent communication, alignment, and collaboration across departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards to maintain integrity and trust.

Manage and oversee security operations on a daily basis, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with established protocols.

We are responsible for identifying, hiring, and orienting qualified security personnel before assigning them to designated client sites. This includes conducting thorough recruitment efforts, implementing structured training programs, and ensuring seamless deployment to meet client security requirements.

Perform regular assessments and oversight of assigned security personnel to ensure adherence to established protocols and operational standards.

To verify that security personnel adhere to established company policies and operational procedures.

Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive training initiatives tailored for security personnel to ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational protocols.

Uphold discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency among security personnel.

Maintain consistent communication with leadership to provide operational updates and address any challenges encountered.

Manage incident reports and maintain comprehensive security documentation.

Conduct thorough background checks and verification processes for all security personnel to ensure compliance with established standards.

The position requires a structured work schedule, encompassing regular business hours alongside potential flexibility for extended shifts or weekend availability as dictated by project demands. Attendance is mandatory during the designated core hours, with occasional overtime expected to meet critical deadlines or address urgent operational needs. Employees must adhere to company policies governing punctuality, leave requests, and shift coverage to ensure seamless workflow continuity and team collaboration.

Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with flexibility required to accommodate varying operational schedules as needed.

The position necessitates a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, alongside a minimum of three years of practical experience in a comparable role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance regulations is also required. Prior experience in a leadership capacity is preferred but not mandatory.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a related field and have accumulated between two and three years of professional experience.

Proficient in using computers and related software applications is essential.

Proficiency in private security operations is a prerequisite for consideration.
