Accurately review and dispense prescriptions while adhering to established professional and regulatory standards.
Deliver pharmaceutical services, counsel patients on medication use, and educate them on health-related matters.
Monitor medication regimens to detect possible drug interactions or contraindications and take appropriate action to ensure patient safety.
Oversee the dispensing operations and provide assistance to pharmacy staff in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities include overseeing stock inventory, procuring pharmaceutical products, and ensuring their proper storage to maintain quality and compliance.
Report directly to the Pharmacist Manager and partner in overseeing pharmacy operations, advancing patient care initiatives, and fostering team development.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable pharmacy regulations, internal policies, and established quality standards to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate customer service operations while actively participating in patient engagement strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and experience.
Ensure precise documentation and facilitate administrative and operational tasks as designated.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) is required for this position.
Hold a valid pharmacist license for professional practice.
Proficiency in a community or clinical pharmacy setting is a prerequisite for this position.
Proficiency in an integrative pharmacy setting is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in overseeing sundries, wellness products, and cosmetics is strongly preferred.
Proficient in clear verbal and written communication, clinical expertise, and exceptional customer service delivery.
Independence in performing duties with limited oversight is required, along with the capacity to manage tasks autonomously.
Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and possessing strong organizational abilities are essential.
Highly desirable candidates will be located in proximity to the pharmacy site.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team, offering an attractive compensation package including a base salary of $75,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in standard office software. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, preparing financial reports, coordinating team projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
A monthly salary range of N160,000 to N200,000 is offered for this position.
