Responsibilities
We seek a dynamic professional to oversee the recruitment, development, and motivation of field representatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities include distributing territories, establishing schedules, and allocating necessary supplies and equipment to staff members.
You will visit customer locations to assess the performance of Field Representatives, ensuring adherence to company standards and identifying areas for improvement.
Creating detailed reports that identify the strengths and weaknesses of each Field Representative.
Assisting employees in enhancing their performance and monitoring their advancement.
Prepare and submit the finalized reports to the Human Resources department for review and processing.
Developing and delivering training initiatives for field representatives to enable them to execute their responsibilities with excellence.
Ensuring strict adherence to all field rules and responsibilities while overseeing that Field Representatives comply with established guidelines.
Provide timely responses to all on-call assignments while offering guidance and assistance to the Field Representatives under your direction.
Overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance and repair schedules for fleet vehicles while ensuring alignment with the allocated fleet vehicle care budget.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of practical experience within the applicable sector is required.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in project management, organizational planning, time management, and team leadership.
Proficient in utilizing computer applications with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal abilities, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven aptitude for resolving issues efficiently are essential for this role.
