Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the lead management process to enhance conversion rates, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect identification to customer acquisition. This includes tracking lead sources, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to nurture and convert prospects into paying customers.

Manage all incoming inquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.

Leverage strong communication skills and consistent follow-up strategies to transform qualified leads into loyal, paying customers.

Analyze clients’ requirements and deliver precise details regarding visa services.

Achieve monthly sales targets while monitoring performance metrics to ensure consistent progress and goal attainment.
