About the Role
We are seeking an HR Officer to join a dynamic IT & Technology organization. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR department, overseeing key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, performance management, and staff engagement initiatives.
Key duties involve formulating and executing project plans, ensuring all deliverables align with established timelines and quality benchmarks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role requires delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles to maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, this position entails conducting performance evaluations, identifying skill gaps, and providing targeted training to enhance team productivity. Responsibilities also include analyzing departmental data to generate actionable insights, optimizing workflows, and recommending strategic improvements to drive organizational growth. Stakeholder engagement is critical, as the role demands regular communication with leadership to align objectives and secure necessary resources.
We facilitate recruitment initiatives, streamline onboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsible for updating and managing employee records within HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Handles the input, retrieval, and organization of personnel data, including hiring details, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation. Maintains the integrity of HR systems by performing regular audits and verifying data consistency.
Provide support in managing attendance records, processing leave requests, and coordinating payroll activities.
Facilitate employee relations initiatives and oversee disciplinary procedures to ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal standards.
Ensure the planning and implementation of staff engagement initiatives and training programs are carried out seamlessly.
Provide support for performance management and appraisal initiatives.
Ensure adherence to established company policies and HR protocols to maintain organizational integrity and regulatory alignment.
Compile comprehensive HR reports and assist with the ongoing administration of daily HR functions.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required for this position.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to five years of experience in the human resources field.
Possesses a solid grasp of HR operations and employee relations principles, demonstrating expertise in managing workforce dynamics and organizational policies.
Proficient in communication and adept at organization, with a keen ability to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain clear, concise interactions.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while operating under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Demonstrates a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to efficiently create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
An HR certification would be considered a valuable asset.
