Job Summary:
We seek a proactive Graduate from Engineer Trainee (GET) to enhance our SAP Finance team, with a focus on S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury solutions. The trainee will receive structured mentorship and development in mastering essential business processes tied to banking, liquidity, and cash operations, as well as their configuration and refinement in SAP S/4HANA.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties essential to the role, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering transparent communication. Conduct detailed analyses to inform decision-making, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to uphold compliance and standardization across departments. Provide leadership in identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization, while mentoring team members to cultivate a high-performing work environment.
Provide support for the deployment, setup, and maintenance of the SAP S/4HANA Cash Management modules.
Develop practical experience in Cash Position analysis, Liquidity Forecasting methodologies, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Bank Communication Management (BCM) processes.
Assist business users with routine cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and liquidity assessments, to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Engage in comprehensive data validation, rigorous testing procedures, and structured user training initiatives throughout the phases of system implementation and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements, subsequently translating them into detailed functional specifications.
Acquire knowledge and provide support in the configuration of Fiore applications for Cash Management functions, including Manage Bank Accounts, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, and Bank Statement Monitor.
Oversee the administration of master data, including house banks, bank accounts, and business partners, while ensuring seamless integration with key modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Conduct comprehensive system testing, including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and develop detailed test documentation to ensure software quality and compliance with specifications.
Provide support in generating reports and conducting analytics for treasury dashboards through the utilization of SAP Fiore alongside embedded analytics capabilities.
Skills and Competencies:

Demonstrates a strong motivation to acquire expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financials and Treasury solutions.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, alongside a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is highly advantageous.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a closely related discipline is required.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance, preferably with a specialization in IT-enabled financial processes.
