Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing team workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. Conduct regular evaluations of team members to assess strengths, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback. Serve as a key liaison between leadership and staff, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization.

With a focus on boosting revenue within your designated territory, your primary responsibility involves discovering and securing opportunities across the MIS and ART portfolios.

Develop and nurture trusted, consultative partnerships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.

Oversee the optimization of your sales funnel, territory allocation, and forecasting initiatives with strategic planning and meticulous execution.

Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations, conduct detailed clinical presentations, and offer on-site technical assistance to ensure optimal product understanding and application.

Responsibilities include overseeing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and pipeline management to accurate forecasting, strategic proposal development, skillful negotiation, and successful deal closure.

Partner with clinical teams to maximize product effectiveness and deliver exceptional post-sales support.

Analyze market trends, track competitor actions, and assess customer demands to shape strategic decisions and refine positioning.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for collaboration and reporting.

A university graduate with a background in medicine or healthcare would be highly advantageous.

With a minimum of two years of experience in sales or account management within the healthcare sector, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in the field.

Accomplished professional with extensive expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Art markets, proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business strategies and drive market success.

Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, communication, and fostering strong customer relationships is essential for this role.

A strategic-minded professional with strong business insight and a proven capacity to juggle diverse opportunities effectively.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite with a working knowledge of customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce, Sage, or comparable platforms.

Seasoned commercial expertise coupled with exceptional skills in managing sales pipelines and territories effectively.
