About the Role
We are looking for accomplished Customer Sales Executives with a track record of successfully selling physical products to strengthen our team at Vita foam. These professionals will focus on expanding sales, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to transform potential buyers into dedicated customers.
Oversee a diverse range of critical duties that drive operational excellence and team success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, foster collaboration, and achieve organizational objectives. Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements. Lead cross-functional projects, allocating resources effectively and mitigating risks to ensure timely completion. Mentor and coach team members to cultivate talent, boost morale, and uphold high-performance standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines to maintain integrity and accountability.
Proactively pursue field or face-to-face sales opportunities for physical or tangible products to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Explore and capitalize on novel business prospects to drive growth and expansion, identifying and cultivating strategic opportunities that align with organizational objectives.
Cultivate and expand connections with current clients to strengthen longstanding partnerships and drive mutual growth.
Drive sales performance to meet or surpass established targets and key performance indicators consistently.
Deliver exceptional after-sales service by addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports on a consistent basis.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in sales across tangible product categories—such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, furniture, or industrial products—the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving revenue and fostering customer relationships.
Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal interactions is required.
A proactive, results-driven professional with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving predefined objectives.
Proficiency in navigating the local market landscape is essential.
Demonstrated capability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within team-oriented environments.
