Key Responsibilities
Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets at designated retail locations.
Daily verification of sales, cash, and inventory must be completed, with strict adherence to the zero-credit policy enforced.
Manage inventory in strict accordance with the authorized stock allocation parameters.
Maximize the market presence and reach of all products by ensuring effective distribution and heightened visibility.
Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with key distributors while swiftly addressing any field-related challenges that arise.
Compile and submit sales reports promptly, ensuring they are both accurate and thoroughly documented.
Ensure accurate implementation of strategies within the market, adherence to pricing guidelines, and consistent product availability.
Track and analyze critical metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to evaluate operational efficiency and strategic progress. Regularly review these benchmarks to identify trends, assess performance against targets, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Ensure alignment between KPIs and broader organizational objectives while maintaining transparency in reporting and fostering accountability across teams.
Consistently meets or exceeds all sales objectives, ensuring 100% target attainment.
Ensures strict adherence to debt-related compliance requirements, maintaining a zero-debt status in all financial operations. Conducts regular audits to verify compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Monitors financial transactions to prevent any accumulation of debt, promptly addressing any deviations. Collaborates with accounting and legal teams to interpret compliance guidelines and implement necessary controls. Prepares detailed reports on debt compliance status for senior management and regulatory bodies, as required. Identifies potential risks and recommends corrective actions to mitigate financial liabilities.
Ensures execution standards consistently meet or exceed 95% market benchmarks.
Accomplish precise daily reconciliation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity within the accounting records.
Consistent delivery of reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis is required.
To ensure complete product availability, designated outlets must consistently maintain full stock of all items. This includes timely replenishment and rigorous inventory management to prevent any shortages.
